수서역 오피스텔은 업무용 사무 공간에 숙식이 가능한 시설이 준비되어 있으며, 특히, 업무를 위한 컴퓨터 2대 와 상업용 카피 기계가 준비되어있으며, 특히 몸이 자유롭지 못한분들을 위한 전동 휠체어도 준비되어있으며, 가까운 거리의 이동을 위한 자전거가 준비되어 있읍니다. 바로 옆 건물엔 이마트와 롯데마트가 위치하고 있으며 특히 가락시장역엔 한국에서 가장 큰 도매 시장이 있고, 동시에 수산물 가공 마트가 있어 생활의 편리함이 강조되는 오피스텔입니다. 특히, 게스분들께 제공되는 오퍼도 장기간 계약하는 가격에 공급함으로 아주 저렴하고 쾌적한 사무및 주거 공간이라 판단합니다. 그리고 객실내 비치된 고려청자와 조선백자및 근대 작품들이 비치되어 한국 문화를 안방에서 체험할 수 있읍니다.
