Unit 35 at Plantana is a three-bedroom, ocean-view condominium directly on the widest, most beautiful stretch of Seven Mile Beach. The rooms can be configured as either two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, OR one king, one queen and two twin beds. We supply soft cotton linens, all toiletries and a complimentary mid-stay beach towel refresh. The newly renovated kitchen features all new appliances, and barbeque stations are scattered throughout the property. Step out to our beachfront pool—comfortably uncrowded, with ample loungers and umbrellas—and stroll north or south for miles along soft white sand. You’re just steps from over 20 restaurants (including the hotel restaurants at the Ritz, Westin, Indigo and Kimpton), plus shops, a gym, grocery and liquor stores in the nearby Grove and Governor’s Square plazas. The unit sits two properties north of the Westin and five south of the Kimpton—where you can also book watersports and excursions at the Westin’s Red Sail kiosk on the beach. This section of Seven Mile Beach is the absolute best section of the best beach in Grand Cayman. The beach is wide and long with soft white sand and you can walk for miles north and south of the property. The immediate neighboring properties are always quiet and don't allow short-term rentals, so there is no overflow onto our beach and you will never worry about having to reserve a beach chair and shade umbrella. There are over 20 restaurants that are within walking distance of the condo including all hotel restaurants at the Ritz, Westin, Indigo and Kimpton Hotels. Along with other restaurants and a gym, there are grocery stores and liquor stores just across the street in the Grove and Governor's Square plazas.
