A cozy and clean 1 room apartment in the center of Almaty at the crossroads of Abay Avenue and Nayryzbay batyr street, within walking distance to many attractions and business facilities The apartment has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay: fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, free Wi-Fi, balcony, central water supply (hot and cold water) and heating. Capacity up to 4 people (bed linen and towels are provided) All household appliances are available (washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), kitchen is equipped for everything for cooking and having meals. Hairdryer, iron, cable TV, air conditioner. The apartment is located in a quiet courtyard. 3rd floor (out of 4), square area 35 sq. m.

There is developed infrastracture in the apartment's area: various cafes, restaraunts, supermarket and pharmacy are nearby. Comfortable distance to attend Kok-Tobe, Medeu and Shymbulak. Close distance to public transport routes leading to anywhere in the city. Location is in the center of the city.
