“Sunset Avenue” is a modern residential complex of business class, located in one of the most developed areas of the capital. Nearby is the Palace of Schoolchildren. Reliable guarded territory with video surveillance. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is fully furnished, everything is new and in perfect condition.
Friendly, sociable, accommodating, multilingual host will welcome you and will be more than happy to stay at your disposal at any time.
Residential complex of business class “Sunset Avenue”, is located in one of the most developed areas of Astana. In walking distance from the apartment there are supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment centers, pharmacy, attractions, the river “Ishim”, school, kindergarten, embassies of different countries, etc. Location is super central. Public transportation is also in a walking distance.
