My name is Anousith or you can just call me Sidh. I am from a small village along the Ou river which about 180Km to the north of Luang Prabang. I moved to Luang Prabang 17 years ago to become a novice, I came here early enough to see the old town with a very few tourist and slow lifestyle. I am friendly and outgoing, always happy to meet new people, exchange life experiences and share our culture. I like to travel a lot, I have traveled a little in my late 20's and recently I have visited some of Lao's neighboring countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Myanmar. I have also visited Japan and the USA. Most of these trips helped me understand cultural differences and contributed to my personality. Our company is a social enterprise geared to reducing rural poverty, preserving an ancient indigenous craft, promoting an amazing carbon-zero vegan natural fiber and combating global warming. We are at the main gateway from the airport and bus stations into our ancient UNESCO World Heritage village. Within easy walking distance are the ornate ancient temples, rivers, boutiques, restaurants, bars and clubs that make our town one of the world's leading tourist destinations. Breathtaking Mount Phousi towers over the beginning of our street only a block away. The colorful and lively Night Market and fascinating traditional Morning Market are a leisurely 10 minutes stroll.
