One large swimming pool and a restaurant on the rooftop (nice view) open until mid-October.
Great location: 2 minutes from Le Royal Hotel by car, 15 minutes from Downtown Beirut (Beirut central district) by car.
IMPORTANT: The Generator (which is extremely expensive in Lebanon), electricity and wifi are INCLUDED in the price, even for long term.
The tenant doesn´t pay anything at all, no surprises, no small letters, no headache, everything is very clear.
No deposit required.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm and check-out is 11am.
- Please turn off the air conditioners and the hot water when you are not at home. Thank you.
- Underground parking spots (communal)
- Pets are allowed at the property, as part of the family.
-Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
-Access to the pool on the rooftop and all the amenities at the complex are included in the rental fees.
-There is a restaurant on the rooftop and a gym (special discounts for residents/guests).
P.S : If you need to pick up the keys after hours (late arrival), you can check-in at anytime 24/7 and you can contact us 24/7 if you need any help. Pets are more than welcome, free of charge.
Minimum stay: 1 day
A 20% discount for a stay of 7 days or more.
A 40% discount for a stay of 28 days or more.
