IMPORTANT : Generator, electricity and wifi are INCLUDED in the rental price.
Minimum stay: 1 day
A 20% discount for a stay of 7 days or more.
A 40% discount for a stay of 28 days or more.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is at 1PM and check-out is at 10 AM
- Feel at home where rules are easy and all we look for it your comfort and a great time.
- There is a free parking on premises (underground and secured).
- Pets are allowed at the property as we consider them family too.
-The chalet has an A/C, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, & TV, underground parking, WIFI. There is 24/7 power supply (included in the price). Folding beds are available. Access to the pool for the entire family and friends during summer. Security 24hours.
-Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
-Access to the pool on the rooftop and all the amenities at the complex are included in the rental fees.
-There is a restaurant on the rooftop and a gym (special discounts for residents/guests).
It's a studio for 5 people, one double bed, one double sofa-bed and one single-bed.
P.S : If you need to pick up the keys after hours (late arrival), you can check-in at anytime 24/7 and you can contact us 24/7 if you need any help. Pets are more than welcome, free of charge.
