スリランカのシンハラ・タミルニューイヤーのタイミングで訪問したので食事や交通手段の面で困っていたのですが、ホストファミリーのお二人にとても良くして頂きました。
時期の関係でラトゥナプラの観光についてはあまりできなかったのですが、観光情報についてもお二人に相談すれば快く対応してくれると思います。
ラトゥナプラに宿泊した際は、是非宿泊してコミュニケーションを取ってください。(私はそこまで英語が上手くないのですが、問題なかったです)

Beautiful fully furnished holiday home with two bedrooms (1 A/C and 1 Non A/C Bedroom), an attached bathroom with hot water facilities, a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen with pantry and a balcony. Guests can enjoy satellite TV (Dialog) or play their own media content through HDMI or USB. Free WiFi is available throughout your stay!
Located in the heart of the Ratnapura town, it's easy to fulfill your daily needs with the Cargills Supermarket being 100m away, the Ratnapura Central Bus Stand being 150m away, closeby banks and restaurants. Gem Museums and Gem mines can also be visited easily from this location. Free parking is also available.
The location of the holiday home is right next to the entrace of the Pompakele Forest Reserve which spans doezens of acres across with various flora and fauna.

Pompakele Forest reserve entrance is just 5 meters from the entrance of the house. There is a under construction natural swimming pool as well.
