Sethum Villa is one of the most sophisticated and luxurious serene lifestyle villas ideally situated in the heart of Habaraduwa in Unawatuna. It lies between world renowned Unawatuna and Koggala beaches. It takes a few steps from Sethum villa to glamorous, vibrant and never sleeping Unawatuna beach, where you can experience sporadic scenery of sunrise and sunset standing on the white sandy beach. Sethum Villa was built in year 2015 and villa offers double height sitting, dining, TV lounge and 3 x Deluxe Bed Rooms En Suit. Ground floor accommodates a Bedroom En Suit, sitting, dining and the pantry. Upper floor consists of 2 x Bed rooms and TV lounge. Two floors are connected by an elegant teak wood staircase. The complete Villa offers 3755 square feet and also includes beautiful green grass garden and a high perimeter wall fitted with CCTV cameras to provide an added security and privacy.
