This upstairs property with separate entrance is located in a quiet residential area with shops, Beach, Mount Lavinia railway station, church, temple and public transport (Galle Road) all within walking distance. Property has access to a roof top/garden to relax and the rooms are ideal for a family or a group of up to 8 people. The property is ideal for a group up to 8 people if all three rooms are booked. The three rooms can be booked separately too. The property was completely renovated recently. All three rooms have A/C and hot water is available in the bathrooms. Dulux double room has attached bath and toilet. Other two rooms have shared bath and toilet newly installed. Separate dinning and sitting areas are available in the common areas. Newly installed shared kitchen with utensils is available. Linen and towels will be provided. Breakfast and additional Sri Lankan dishes can be provided at extra cost on request. External laundry facilities can be arranged at cost. A reliable English speaking lady guide can be arranged at a reasonable cost to maximize the value of your trip or to assist you in any matters saving you time. Tuk-Tuks are available close to the property during daytime.
Sumith is a friendly host living separately on site providing you added safety and available to assist guests on any matters. Sumith can also contact an offsite host, if any specific information is required.
It is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Ideal location to have a good rest after any busy tours during the day.
