Just 400 meters from the beautiful Unawatuna beach on beach road, tucked inside the jungle to insure you have a calm and peaceful experience of Unawatuna hidden away from the main hussle and bussle. There are two apartments in one detached building set behind my family home on the river where you can spot many tortoises. You will get a perfect experience of local life in Unawatuna here with all your home comforts in one. The two apartments connect if you would like to book both for the whole building to yourself as the kitchen area is only for the downstairs apartment.

My name is Sameera, I was born in Unawatuna and have lived here with my family for my whole life. I enjoy surfing, music and art. The property is just 400 meters from Unawatuna beach which is the perfect beach for swimming, kayaking, relaxing, eating, drinking and even surfing! The property is set inside Unawatuna beach road, across the river surrounded by coconut trees. It's nice and quiet, perfect if you want to relax. The main road is just 350 meters away where you will find many grocery shops if ou would like the cater for yourself or catch a bus to the next beach.
