Villa Ciana is a charming family home located in front of a peaceful rice field and surrounded by tropical vegetation. You can observe peacocks and birds from a shaded terrace and a pleasant little garden. Ideal for families or nature lovers. In a quiet environment but close to shops and restaurant. The villa is divided into 2 floors, each with an independent entrance. The ground floor building was completed in 2023 and the upper floor (Villa Ciana Rooms) in November 2024. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms opening onto a large terrace above a paddyfield. You also have a kitchen and a dining area fully equiped. If you book the 2 rooms you will have the full apartment only for you!
Welcome to our home! Villa Ciana is our family home. We are a Swiss-Srilankan family with two young daughters.
Villa Ciana is located on a quiet road surrounded by nature Wijaya Beach (Dalawella Beach) is 5 minutes away by Tuk Tuk from - 35 minutes by walk Yatagala Temple is 15 minutes away by walk. Sri Yoga Shala is 10 minutes away by walk. Dog Care clinic is 3 minutes away by Tuk Tuk. Unawatuna beach is 10 minutes away by Tuk Tuk.
