Lushly surrounded by a verdant forest, Wild Trails Yala offers unique and exceptional Yala accommodation in Sri Lanka.Four large and spacious tents that are designed to suit the jungle environment and are made with eco-friendly materials will be your rooms under the stars at this exquisite Yala safari hotel.Each tent has pipe-borne water to an attached toilet with a flushable WC, washbasin and a shower area that has been partitioned off for your privacy.Tents are 260 square feet large (24 square meters) and set up on a wooden platform to avoid water flooding in the event of rain.

The Yala National Park is home to the greatest variety of Sri Lankan wildlife. Varying habitats, consisting of scrub plains, jungles, rocky outcrops, fresh water lakes, rivers and beaches, provides home to many species of animals. While on safari, you will see herds of elephants, monkeys, buffalo, sloth bear, deer, crocodile, sambar and the endangered leopard sub-species, Panthera pardus kotiya, which is found only in Sri Lanka.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

The Yala National Park will be closed from 1st September to 15th October as per the directive of the Wild life department of Sri Lanka.

Rates do not include entrance fees to the Yala National Park. ( For Bed and Breakfast and Full Board Bookings)

Bed & Breakfast includes:

• Mineral Water

If required - USD 60 per person per safari drive on a sharing basis (Minimum 2 guests per jeep / maximum 5 guests) which includes park entrance fees, snack and mineral water.

All Inclusive includes:

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Tea & coffee

- Bottled drinking water

- Two bottles of beer

- 4 Hour safari jeep with free Park entrance for Safari

- English speaking and Experienced Naturalist

Please note that children aged 12 years and above are considered as adults as per the property guidelines. Two children between the age of 6 and 12 will also be considered as one adult.
