Cosy house is located in a calm area, only a 10min drive🚖 away from the city centre 🕍. Bus stops and small shops 🛒 are close by, so you will find everything you need in a short walking distance. Studio is located on the 3rd floor. It is 31m2 and you won't share the space with others. The space consists of: a kitchen with all necessary equipment, private bathroom (soap and shampoo provided), smoking area outside (smoking indoors is prohibited). There is a parking area with a security camera (free) . PRICE LIST City Tax (1 person per day ) 2 Eur Laundry service- 5 Eur. Extra guest (with/without sleepover) 10 Eur. Reception is open 24/7 and will provide you the keys upon your arrival (ring the doorbell). ! IMPORTANT: - No parties allowed.
