This apartment is situated within an impressive 19th-century architectural building, which has recently undergone a major renovation. Efforts have been made to preserve the authenticity of the building, ensuring that every original artistic detail harmonises with the modern elements. Designated as a cultural heritage site by the state, this building radiates a special aura and boasts a rich history Important note for guests: we have limited parking space and can't guarantee free parking on the premises, unless you REQUEST parking spot prior to your arrival and get CONFIRMATION from us. Public parking is available in front of the property.

When visiting Kaunas, it's a MUST to WALK along the most important street of the New Town, which happens to be one of the longest pedestrian streets in Europe. Stretching nearly 1.7 kilometres, this street prominently showcases directions to the west and east.
