Spacious newly renovated 1 room apartment with comfortable double-bed, sofa-bed and FREE CAR PARKING area in front of apartment. Our apartment is suitable for small groups, families, couples, solo, business travelers. In the apartment there is everything you need for your short or long stay. Enjoy fast WiFi internet, Ultra HD TV with 70+ channels, NETFLIX, YouTube, fully equipped kitchen, all necessary essentials (towels, bed linens, shampoo, shower gel, ear cleaners, etc.), washing machine, iron and much more amenities you might need.

Neighbourhood information

Near two beautiful parks which has been completely renovated in 2018/2019 with playground areas for kids. Bus stop only 30 meters away, 24/7 Gym only 50 meters away, grocery store, pharmacy ~200 meters away. Huge parking area for you car in front of apartment.
