Company information

It's a family business, which was started in year 2018, so guests are always welcomed and treated like a family members. Lina is fluent in English and can communicate in Russian. Tomas is fluent in English, Russian, can communicate in Polish, can understand in French and German. Of course, both speak in their native Lithuanian language. Hosts are always oriented to assist their guests in every way possible, so every request from the guest is considerable and desired to implement.

Property information

The property is in a unique spot in Kaunas city. Yet, this is a city center, but it's a quite place near the park and biggest Oak Park in Europe. It's only 5 minutes to one of the longest pedestrian streets in Europe. The apartment outstands by its accommodation which is luxurious and with every small detail envisioned for best applicability for the our guests comfort. The apartment was created with the idea of classics and innovation, that's why, our guests will enjoy the masterpieces of Lithuanian genius M. K. Ciurlionis. Guests will find all necessary amenities and even a "Trust shop" which will help in the need.

Neighbourhood information

The complex of buildings is new and unique project in the center of Kaunas city. It is very quiet as well. the territory is private with close and safe inside area. Access to the amenities is comfortable from the street and from the underground parking. All necessary shops, services, entertainment locations and the biggest shopping mall are in a 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Yet two parks are just at the other side of the street.
