Newly renovated apartment in a very convenient location! We offer the former home of our family where you will find all the necessary amenities for a short or longer stay in Šiauliai. The apartment has two rooms, kitchen with basic household appliances and kitchen equipment. You will exit from the bedroom to the balcony with a beautiful view of the birch tree growing in the courtyard. Enjoy a cup of coffee or warm tea on the balcony while enjoying the view of nature in the city centre.
The place is very convenient to live because the most important places of the city are within 1 km: the bus station - 150 meters, the railway station - 800 meters, the popular shopping center "Sun City", where you will find grocery and other goods stores, cafes, bars, is just 100 meters away. It is convenient to get anywhere in the city, because public transport stops for all buses are located within 130 meters. If you arrive by car, you will always find free space in the backyard of the house or in the free public car park 30 meters from the house. Nearby points of interest include: Ruta Chocolate Museum is 500 meters, Photography Museum is 800 meters, Radio and TV Museum is 850 meters, Bicycle Museum is 1.3 km, Chaim Frenkel Villa is 1.8 km away.
