Located in the city centre, these modern apartments are housed in a building that stands out as a prime example of interwar modernist architecture. The building was built in 1935 as part of the "Pienocentro" company complex, it was designed by renowned interwar modernist architects. This house is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site with other historic buildings in the complex and the area. In 2015, the building was renovated to meet modern needs. Today, it beautifully blends history and modernity, offering apartments perfect for relaxation, exploring the city, or attending major events in Kaunas.
Welcoming and Caring Hosts The hosts are very hospitable and have many years of experience in customer service. They genuinely enjoy interacting with guests and always strive to meet their needs. The host already successfully manages another apartment in the same building – Heritage Apartments Near Station, Arena and Stadium – which has an impressive rating of 9.5. This is a clear sign of quality and reliability, inspiring trust among new guests.
The apartments are located in the heart of Kaunas, just a few minutes walk from the train and bus stations, shopping centres, the Žalgiris Arena, the city stadium, restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Nord Clinic is also located in the building next to our rental apartments. Nearby, the Nemunas River flows, offering the perfect opportunity for a peaceful riverside walk.
