The villa has three bedrooms with three large double beds, one single bed, and one pull-out sofa. It is located in a mature forest, as if suspended above the lake. Four more guests can stay in a log sauna house on the shore of the lake for additional price. Check with the host if Sauna House has not beeen booked by other quests if privacy is important for you, because it is on the same territory as the main house. The sauna house has an outdoor terrace, a small living room-antechamber (tea kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator), bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), wood-fired sauna, and fireplace. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 double bed, and 2 single beds, a balcony surrounding the rooms, offering a wonderful view of the quiet lake. The center of Molėtai is 1.5 km away, Vilnius is 60 km away. Boat, water bike, kayak. Private beach. Ideal for a family vacation. Not suitable for large parties and celebrations.

The rocky shore and well-trodden paths invite you to walk around the lake (a 4-hour hike). There are blueberries and lots of strawberries, and in autumn there are plenty of porcini mushrooms nearby. The lake is rich in fish, it is quiet, and only electric motors are allowed. Molėtai and the surrounding area host interesting events and fairs, and there are many shops, various dining and entertainment venues, a sports and swimming pool complex, and horse stables. The highly recommended gourmet restaurant Lėtai has opened. The Vilnius-Molėtai road is being fundamentally renovated until end of 2025, so it is advisable to drive from Vilnius turning off towards Paberžė, and via Giedraičiai village.
