Welcome to our cozy studio nestled within a family home, offering the perfect blend of privacy and warmth. This well-equipped space is located in the attic of a residence (access via stairs) includes a private bathroom and a mini kitchen equipped for warm meals, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in one of the best neighborhoods of Luxembourg our studio is ideal for short stays. It's the perfect base to explore the city. Experience the comfort of home with the convenience of an exceptional location. It is 30m² and consists of: - a bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.60x2.00), 1 single bed and 1 trundle bed. All beds are in the same room, making it suitable for a families. Exceptionally we can consider hosting up to a 5th guest (a kid less than 10 years old) who will sleep an air mattress. The room also has a heater, a 40-inch LCD TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix, high-speed Internet wi-fi and a workstation. Additionally, there is a closet for storing your luggage and racks for your clothes and shoes. Directly accessible from the bedroom, there is a small kitchen equipped with a microwave, air fryer, minibar, and coffee machine, as well as a table with 2 chairs. It also includes items such as plates, glasses, wine glasses, and cutlery. Since there is no integrated sink or a countertop, we think that this kitchen is suitable for your breakfast, heating semi-prepared or frozen meals, but not recommended for more elaborate ones. The studio also has a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet for the exclusive use of guests. All rooms have double-glazed windows for thermal insulation and blackout blinds. There are no other rooms on the 3rd floor, except our office which is used only during the worktime and has an independent access (meaning you can leave and lock your room). This ensures your privacy and silence during your stay.
