Apartment is located in 150 years old residence and was freshly restaurated in 2024. In these years it has accumulated rich history of being hairdressers saloon, bakery, private school, bicycle manufacturing place, German officers club, seamstresses and eaven Jewish hatmakers quarters. Apartment name ''Artisan'' means skilled craft. We developed this concept in apartment creating custom handmade bed with upholstered headboard and various other details. In restauration we used the same materials and finishes that were used in 1860s when this residence was built and blended them with absolutely modern minimalist furniture and interior details to create unseen Eclectic interior design that captures both todays design trends and centuries old pieces in one timless setting.

I have grown up in Kuldiga and know every corner of the charming town. After studies in Riga I have returned here and created this apartment and local Vespa scooter rental. I hope you enjoy your stay and everything is to your liking. Best regards, Your host Martins
