Cozy apartments are located on the attic floor of an old house built before 1843. All apartments consist of an entrance hall, a bathroom with a toilet closet and a living room. For convenience of the guests, there is a fully equipped kitchen on the floor. In the warm season, a picnic area with a barbecue is equipped in the courtyard of the house.
The house, which contains three cozy apartments, is an architectural monument and a part of the historical complex of the Valmiermuiža manor. In the 90s of the 20th century, the house was destroyed to the ground and completely renewed by the new owner in 2021.

The house stands on the outskirts of a park with ancient oaks, lindens and other majestic trees, as well as the preserved White Tower of Valmiermuiža Castle. Currently, various open-air events are organized in Valmiermuiža Park all year round, which attract residents of all nearby cities.
