green, historic Āgenskalns district, just steps from one of the city’s most beautiful parks.
Whether you’re traveling for work, romance, or relaxation, you’ll love the blend of comfort, local
culture, and city access this place offers.
The apartment is located in a peaceful 1990s building — not new, but clean and quiet. Its biggest
bonus? Step outside and you’re surrounded by greenery, with the new Riga Ferris Wheel just a 8-
minute walk through the park.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed, modern space with all the essentials. Wake up with
natural light and park views, enjoy coffee before heading out, and return home to relax after
exploring the city.
We have lived in this cozy and great-view apartment for almost 2 years and finally moved to a larger apartment. Decided to open the apartment for you - the wonderful Riga guests - as it's in our opinion truly one of a kind in the area - with a great view of beautiful park, 5-10 minutes minutes away from city's heart - Old Riga Town and really close to the best place in all Riga to enjoy a great meal with really great atmosphere - Āgenskalna market! Hopefully you'll visit us all year long as it's really beautiful both in the summer time and in the cold winter-snowy days!
You’ll be just:
- 12 minutes on foot to Āgenskalna tirgus — a vibrant modern market with cafés, artisan goods,
and local food
- 5 minutes from public transport (bus/tram) — only 7 minutes to Old Town
- On the route of Bus No. 22 — direct from the airport
The neighborhood is known for its authentic local feel, cozy cafés, and peaceful atmosphere — a
true alternative to the tourist-heavy Old Town.
If you’re planning to visit Old Riga — one of the city's must-see areas — it’s quick and easy: hop on
a tram or bus just 5 minutes away and you’ll be there in about 7 minutes. Don’t miss iconic sights
