Apartment is located in 17th century building, one of the older building in Liepaja. House has been partially restored by family of artists. There is local artisan jewellery/accessories shop on the premises also offering wide range of hobby supplies like beads and semi-precious gemstones. Property is located in quiet street in the center of town.
Property is located in central location of town and provides easy access to most points of interest. Beach is some 900 meters away, all entertainment venues are withing walking distances.
