This is historic semi-detached wooden house. Each unit has its own terrace and a small garden. The parking area is shared between both units. The property is 30min drive from the city center, 5 minutes walk from the public beach or the train station (just 3 stops from the train station "Mangaļi" which is the nearest to the Mezaparks National Song Festival stage)
