The apartment is brand new and performed in modern nowday design. Our guest stay will not be only comfortable, but will give this additional industrial minimalism feeling as well. At the site you can park your car for free in public parking and even charge it up if you have electro vehicle. You will have anything you need to feel like home, cosmetics, shower gel, fully equiped kitchen with free tea or cofee. If there is something missing we will do it for you on your request.
Regular residential area, but close to the Jurmala white sand beach (aprox. 690 meters), less then 9 min for walk. good infrastructure with children play grounds - Kauguri youth park. Kauguri open market, and several supermarkets (LIDL, RIMI, MAXIMA). Cafe's and beach cafe's around the corner. In Jurmala we have not only sanded beach but river also, that can give a lots of fun moments when the water in sea is too cool.
