Two-store apartment (with the independent entrance from the yard) in the private modern house in Pinki, 15km to Riga and 7 km to Jurmala. Modern, stylish, very good condition, fully furnished. Suitable for 2 adults, 1 child 3-14 years and 1 infant (cot available). Enjoy the break in this peaceful green oasis.

The neighborhood is safe, friendly and well-maintaned, very green. Pinki - well-situated and posh suburb of Riga: near Riga - 15 km, Riga airport ( 7 km), Jurmala beach resort 10 km. Walking distance to Jumala Outlet Village, Jurmala Golf Resort Club, Exupery international school, KingsCollege, International School of Latvia, Inbox Ledus Halle ( Ice Hall), to Saliena, Barratt Equestrian, Livu AuquaPark, You can park around in the house territory. Nearby there is a bus stop, so you can use public transport to go to the Riga city centre - it takes25 minutes. You could reach Jūrmala beach by car or taxi (7 minutes). Restaurants nearby: GanBei, Ranchero, Pinkenhofa, Jurmala Golf Restaurant, good coffee at Coffee Stop, Faces, Zem Buram. Grocery shops- Elvi, Top, Maxima
