IMPORTANT: Please take note of these rules before making your booking:

-In accordance with Moroccan law, Moroccan couples or mixed couples (if one of the spouses is of Moroccan nationality) must present a marriage certificate at check-in.

-It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

-We remind you that all forms of sex tourism are strictly prohibited in Morocco. Failure to comply with this rule may result in serious penalties, including immediate expulsion and legal proceedings.

-You are asked to behave appropriately towards the neighbourhood (quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.

-In the event of non-compliance with the rules of good neighbourliness or if any nuisance is observed, the agency reserves the right to terminate the stay early.

-For security reasons and to ensure that your stay runs smoothly, only those persons listed on the booking are authorised to access the accommodation. The entrance is under 24-hour video surveillance and monitored by security guards.

-With regard to the use of the swimming pool and balconies, the tenant is responsible for their family and children. The Agency accepts no responsibility in the event of negligence on the part of the Tenant.

チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。

滞在中にお客様によって宿泊施設に対する損害が発生した場合、宿泊施設の損害補償に関するポリシーに基づき、チェックアウト後に最大€ 100が請求される可能性があります。
