A wonderful apartment of 62m2 on the first floor in a safe and quiet building, the residence is located in the city center in front of the Royal Palace, near the souk alhad, which is considered one of the largest markets in Africa, and not far from the sea, which has a coastal length of 7 km. All services can be accessed on the ground floor From the building: ATM, pharmacy, spa and massage, sports center nearby, taxis to go to Taghazout and other destinations (Tiznit, Tafraoute, Taroudant...). All this is located 100 meters from the entrance to the building.
