The villa is located in the development "Plage des Nation" near Rabat. The upscale neighborhood is right on the beach and is monitored day and night. A quiet environment perfect for rest, with children welcome. The house is new and equipped with very high quality materials. Interior: The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove and microwave, a living room with fireplace and TV, a toilet and a winter garden. The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with toilet, jacuzzi and spa shower; a bedroom with double bed and own bathroom with toilet and shower; a bedroom with two single beds with sea view; a separate shower room with WC; a dressing room and a glazed terrace with a view (not sea side). The roof is walkable and you have a panoramic view. Outside: The garden has a private pool and a covered area. The pool can be heated for 50 EURO per day. The large lawn offers various possibilities to stay, relax, discover or play.
