Freshly rennovated apartment with everything brand-ne, located in the quiet part of the city center.
Quiet neighbourhood with a lot of free parking, surrounded with greenery. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, supermarket and greenmarket within 3 minutes of walking distance, as well as boutiques.
Beach is 10 minutes away by foot, and 2 minutes away by car.
