"Alex Apartments" are in super quite place, situated in the heart of the city ( 100 meters to center ). Our 2 bedroom apartment ( Deluxe apartment ) is newly rebuild in January 2022. You can find restaurants, cafe-bars and shops right behind the corner, the Old Town is on 3 minutes of walking, and the best city beaches are in radius of 300 meters. Mogren beach is 400 meters away. Green market and big shopping center TQ Plaza are 250 meters away, and fresh fish market is just strait in front of the apartment on 150 meters of distance, situated at the city marine, where you can also find many small private taxi boats which can take you to hidden places by the coast for a good price. "Alex Apartments" are fully equipped with everything you need, free Wi-Fi, cabl TV, A/C ... The surrounding of the building are gardens with all types of Mediterranean plants and fruits. All guests are provided with a FREE PARKING CARD for the official city parking place which is just in front of the apartment, and they can use it 24/7 during their stay. All guests can count on professional service of their host Alex who is always ready to help about everything they need.
We are very friendly hosts who are in rental business for 30 years. We take care about our guests, and we are here 24/7 for them. We like new friendships, being with people and we are ready to provide the guests with everything they need during their stay. We can help them organizing their excursions, find desired places, get best prices for boat cruising, fishing, parasailing, sky-yet, reservations in their desired restaurants and bars, and other ...
Although we provide our guests with a free parking card for the official city parking place which is just in-front of the apartments, the guests don't need to use their car at all because everything they need is just a step away. A Bus stop is nearby, just 100 meters from the apartments, and every 30 mins there is a bus which drives you to the beaches by the coast, Bečići, Kamenovo, Pržno, Miločer, St. Stefan, Petrovac and back. Almost everyday around 5 pm, there is a trawler coming to the city marine which is right in-front of the apartments ( 150 meters of distance ), where you can buy fresh caught fish. In 300 meters there is a big store and market where you can always buy fresh vegetables, fruits, domestic cheese, olive oil, honey, etc. Several banks are in radius of 50 meters, rent-a-boat and fishing tuna boats are 150 meters away, and the main post office is 250 meters away. There are the gardens around the building in which the apartments are situated, and although the guests are in the heart of the Budva city, the neighborhood is very quiet. All best Budva beaches are just a couple of minutes of walking away.
