Apartment Basha 1 is only 200 meters away from the amazing beaches, located in a cozy and beautiful neighborhood at the beginning of the Long Beach in Ulqin/Ulcinj Montenegro. If you are looking to book your accommodation in a quiet and comfortable part of the city, but at the same time very close to the beach, this is the most convenient place for your vacation. The accommodation features several apartments, some of which are studios, while the others are double or triple rooms. Apartments Basha 1 have a large terrain surrounded by greenery, each of which includes a balcony with and amazing view of the sea and the relaxing nature of the Long Beach to Buna Island. Each room has all the necessary equipment such as closet, TV, air conditioner, individual bathrooms with shower and most of them have a small kitchen with all the necessary elements. In addition to facilities, the Apartments Basha 1 also offers limitless wireless internet access as well as free private parking for your vehicle.

The main attraction of our location is that the beach is only a 2 minute walk away during which you can see so many cool accommodation spots, local food and beverage stores, bakery, restaurants etc. If you're visiting Ulcinj with your little ones or toddlers, then you can visit the amusement park with many electric toys and playgrounds which are only 5 minutes away from our apartments. But if you are looking to expand your summer adventure even further, Apartments Basha 1 offers personal FISH-PICNIC with their own boat available with promotional prices for their guests. You can also go to the kite-surfing friendly beaches that have safe surrounding followed by the shallow and warm water and the forever warmey Ulcinj weather. There are also a lot of kite-surfing courses along the beach. During your stay at our place, you can visit Port Milena just down the street and try to catch a fish on your own, or if you have a love for walking in the nature, you can hike all the way to the center of the city while catching the breathtaking sight of the rocky untouched seasides of our historical city of Ulcinj.
