Set right next to the sea, Villa & Apartments Perasto offers accommodation units with air conditioning and a furnished terrace overlooking the sea or the mountain. It is located 150 metres from the nearest sandy beach and 230 metres from the centre of Perast. All apartments comprise a living room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The bathroom with a shower includes a washing machine and a hairdryer. The nearest restaurant and bar are just 10 metres from the property, while a grocery store is located about 250 metres away. The small island of Gospe od Škrpjela is a popular short trip destination, you can also visit the Fortress of Saint Cross, 300 metres away. The UNESCO-protected Old Town of Kotor is about 14 km away. Villa And Apartments Perasto are situated in one 300 years old stone house and three newer buildings which are only 20-30 meters from the water of famous Boka Bay in the Old Town of Perast, which is the town-museum guarded by UNESCO. We have one Villa and two Apartments which are fitted with everything you need for the long stay in Perast. Also our two smaller Studio Apartments are better suited for the short holidays with the astonishing view to the waters and two islands of famous Boka Bay.
