Our house is located on the first line, right by the sea. Directly in front of the house, there is a swimming pontoon equipped with a ladder, and you’re welcome to place sun umbrellas and loungers there for relaxing. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room with a sofa bed, smart TV and two terraces. One of the terraces is equipped with a barbecue area. A separate kitchen with access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, washing machine, large refrigerator, dishwasher, waste disposer, and a separate tap with filtered drinking water. The kitchen is also stocked with tableware and cookware

Hi! My name is Irina. My family and I have been living in Montenegro for three years now, and we’ve truly fallen in love with this country — for its beauty, relaxed pace of life, and safety. We renovated our home as a place to relax in the Bay of Kotor, and now we’re happy to welcome guests to enjoy it too.

Our mid-18th century house is located in the former fishing village of Muo, just 2 km from Kotor — one of the oldest towns in Montenegro. It’s quite peaceful here, even in the summer. There’s always a spot to swim at the small beach just across from the house, and Kotor is only a 5–10 minute drive away by car or taxi.
