This duplex apartment has been fully renovated in July 2024, with new furniture and new appliances. It is spacious (75m2) and full of light. It is located in the oldest and what is considered the most beautiful street in the Old town Herceg Novi, in the peaceful area. At the same time, it is located in the proximity of 3 main squares of the amazing Old town, 2 fortresses, other attractions, shops, caffès, restaurants, local market - all within couple of minutes walking. The beach is about 5 min away by walk (mostly stairs, since Herceg Novi is hilly). On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, and the rest of the apartment is on the top floor (not the last). Parking is available in designated areas around, with plenty of spaces (there is no private parking in the Old town).
The apartment is located in the oldest and most beautiful street in the Old town Herceg Novi - Marka Cara. There are 3 main squares around the apartment, all beautiful in their own way, many historic places, churches. Also a long seaside promenade is very close.
