Imam 66 godina i penzioner sam. Po zanimanju sam ekonomista koji je studirao u Podgorici, Beogradu i St Morisu u Zapadnoj Virdžiniji (SAD). Supruga je inžinjer-programer.

Kuća ima tri etaže od kojih rentiramo prizemlje i treću etažu. (Srednja etaža je stan u kojem preko ljeta domaćin boravi.) Kuća je klimatizovana i ima Wi-fi, satel.TV. Przemlje ima dva tro-krevetna apartmana (spavaća soba sa tri ležaja, kuhinja, dnevni boravak, kupatilo i balkon). Jedna soba na trečoj etaži ima svoje kupatilo,dok dvije ostale sobe imaju jedno kupatilo. Sobe imaju široke krevete. Ove sobe imaju svoje frižidere i mogućnost korišćenja kuhinje u objektu van kuće. Ova spoljna kuhinja je opremljena sa šporetom, frižiderima, kuhinjskom opremom, ima svoju zatvorenu i otvorenu terasu. Oko kuće je bašta sa pomorandžama i cvijećem. Kuća ima svoj parking i udaljena je 250m od plaže. Restoran brze hrane je udaljen 100m od kuće; dvije prodavnice hrane, pića, voća i povrća oko 60m; veći restoran oko 150m.; aqva-park oko 250m.; stomoatološka ordinacija oko 350m; apoteka oko 400m; poliklinika oko 400m.; policija oko 4 km; autobusa stanica oko 4 km.; biciklistička staza oko 350m.; autobusko stajalište oko 300m.; 2 km od kuće je maslina stara oko 2.000 god. i računa se da je najstarija maslina u Crnoj Gori.

Bečići nijesu tipično gradsko naselje. Bečići su niz kuća i hotela koji se prostižu dužinom Bečićke plaće koja je duga preko 2 km. Plaža je crveno-žute boje. More je veoma čisto jer Budva-Bečići nemaju indistriju. Bečići su elitni dio Budve tj. Budvanske rivijere i tipično je mediteransko turističko naselje. Ljetna temperatura vode je od 23-28 C-stepeni. Bečićka plaža je jedini u Crnoj Gori dobitnik "Zlatne jabuke". Nagrada joj je dodeljena 1937. i 1989.g. kao najljepša i najprirodnija plaža u Evropi. Bečićka plaža ima čitav niz restorana na plaži i pored plaže. Takođe i atraktivne noćne restoran, restorane brze hrane, parasejling, paraglajding, razne zabave na vodi. Bečići su dio Budve tj. Budvanske rivijere. Do Budve se dolazi magistralom ali i živopisnom stazom pored mora. Svima properučujem ovu stazu.
