The host Zoran is friendly and available at all times since he lives on the premises with his wife, the guests are also free to call the phone number provided and use messages to address any issues that need to be resolved.

The house consists of three floors, including the ground floor. There is a shared rustic dining area and kitchen right on the ground floor, the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a small shared common room area, also on the second floor, available for guests to either relax or use it as a waiting room if they happen to come before check in time. The host lives in an apartment on the first floor. The exterior consist of a parking space area, a big lawn, a swimming pool and a hot tub as well as a back garden with fresh produce. The property has house alarms for safety.
