Welcome to our charming stone house, located right on the shore of the stunning Bay of Kotor, in the heart of "Dobrota," on the first line! Our hotel offers you the opportunity to enjoy beautiful rooms with breathtaking views of the sparkling waters of the bay. In our cozy retreat, you will find a total of 9 apartments: 3 magnificent two-bedroom apartments and 6 stylish studios in a unique "BOHO" style. Each room comes with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. The ancient city of Kotor, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, is just a 20-minute leisurely walk along the picturesque waterfront. The sandy beach is only a two-minute stroll away, and a supermarket is conveniently located 500 meters from our hotel. Just 300 meters away, you'll find a wonderful "aquarium" for children, inviting our little guests to exciting adventures. There are numerous excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, where you can immerse yourself in the local cuisine and taste the culinary masterpieces of the region. From our house, you can embark on an exhilarating sea adventure on a yacht or rent a boat or a motorboat to explore the stunning corners of the Bay of Kotor.
