The ideal place to be if you want to enjoy our beautiful island Saint Martin. Waking up to a beautiful transparent blue water with a white Caribbean sand admiring the golden sunsets in this little paradise.
A very quiet residence and great neighboring. There are two big public pools that are a few meters from the sea.
VERY IMPORTANT: The price does not include the French tax. Their is a 4% tax to be added with full amount we receive on account ( does not include airbnb fees). We will send you a contract with the 4% tax TO BE PAID at arrival with host.

In a quiet and peaceful residence, multiple little villas surrounding each other but with a good amount of privacy. Everyone respects each other making the stay much easier and comfortable.
