Welcome to Les Griselles 3! Perched in a secure, newly built residence on the heights of Orient Bay, Les Griselles 3 offers a superb garden-level apartment that sleeps up to four guests. You'll love the sun-drenched terrace with its ideal table for aperitifs facing the sea, boasting breathtaking views of St. Barth island! The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi. It features a bright living area with a very well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker + filter coffee maker, blender, boiler fridge and freezer), a comfortable convertible sofa, and a separate toilet where the washing machine is. The bedroom has a king-size bed and an open bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a large closet with a safe. For your relaxed evenings, a selection of board games is also available, a connected TV with home cinema sound and a bluetooth speaker. For your comfort, linens are provided free of charge, including bath towels, beach towels, and sheets. You'll have access to the residence's infinity pool, perfect for a refreshing swim with an ocean view.
