Welcome to CASA BLEU LAGON, a two-level apartment fully renovated and newly furnished in 2024! Located within a secure lagoon-side residence (non-swimmable) in the Bellevue neighborhood, it welcomes families or friends up to 4 people. As you enter, you'll be amazed by the warm atmosphere created by the natural wood décor. A spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opens onto a furnished terrace with a view of the lagoon, where you can admire stunning sunsets. The terrace is equipped with a rolling shutter to protect against bad weather and is separated from the living room by a large glass door. On this level, you'll also find the first bedroom with a large double bed and its en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a large double bed and its en-suite bathroom with a toilet. The apartment features 2 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a parking space in front of the building. The residence also offers a beautiful pool facing the lagoon, which you will have access to. The location is ideal: you’ll be close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the town center. Everything is within reach to make your stay unforgettable. Household linens are provided free of charge (towels, beach towels, and sheets). Our concierge service, CAP SXM, is at your disposal throughout your stay to offer advice, delivery services, organize your activities, or handle any unexpected issues. Island life comes with a few inconveniences: there may be water and power outages lasting from a few minutes to several hours, which are unpredictable.
