Property is totally renovated in 2020. All is Air Conditioned, inside with extra new furniture If it is rented for a longer period of time, there is also a room for washing and drying clothes. All Property is 120 m² in two floors You can rent: Single apartment 30m² in first or second floor Suitable for max 3 Person Half Property 60 m² on first or second floor Suitable for max 6 Person All Property 120 m², Suitable for 2 Families Each apartment is equipped with: toilet and bathroom, kitchenette, TV , free Wi-Fi and has an exit to the terrace where is allowed smoking. Green private gardens on both sides of the building, equipped with a table and chairs, and board of games: Chess, Backgammon etc.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is calm, green and clean, there is no heavy traffic, and the city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes or by car in 3 minutes. You can rent a bicycle, or an electric scooter. Among other Activities you can book Tandem Paragliding, Diving, Quad Motors, or go on a boat tour.
