1. We ask you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night (10pm – 9am) and during the siesta time (2pm-4pm). 2. Please, remove your shoes after entering the Apartment. It is forbidden to walk with shoes and tow wheeled suitcases on the wooden floor beyond the tiled area. 3. Consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within Apartment’s and building’s area. 4. Please do not eat/drink in the bedroom. 5. Please take care of the furnishings. 6. Please close and lock all windows and doors whenever you go out. 7. Please always switch off lights when leaving the flat. 8. When used for cooling in warmer months, please turn off the A/C whenever you go out. On the other hand, when used for warming in colder seasons, you can leave it running at all times (ideally in pre-set AUTO mode). We are sure our guests are highly-educated, thus we’re more than grateful for the care & respect you bring to our place.

The apartment is located 5 min from the central bus station and 15 min from center. There is a lot of bars and restaurants in the area and also big supermarket's and cook food stores so you don't need to drive if you need something, or if you want to go out.
