Discover the charm of this 23m² studio with an 11m² terrace, located on the first floor.
A true cozy retreat, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, it is fully equipped and air-conditioned, perfect for relaxing under the tropical sun!
Within a high-end hotel residence, you'll enjoy access to a park, a large swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. Its peaceful setting is perfect for recharging.
The studio is equipped with a 180cm king-size bed (with the option of two 90cm beds upon request), a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dishwasher on the terrace.
You will also have free access to a parking space and Wi-Fi.
Within the complex, you will find a restaurant, a bar, snack bars, a laundry with dryers, and a small supermarket.
For leisure, you will have access to ping-pong tables, a beach volleyball court, tennis, pétanque, and the option to enjoy services such as diving, paddleboard rentals, or various excursions.
