The space The apartment is on the third floor. As you exit the elevator you take a left and the apartment is situated on the right hand side of the corridor. Once you enter you are welcomed by an entrance hall with adjacent access to the main bathroom. A corridor will take you through and Infront the main bedroom towards the open plan (kitchen/living/dining) combined area with direct access to your own private balcony. No spaces in this unit are shared. All the area is private for your pleasure.

The neighborhood is most of all very safe and family friendly. There is a park 2 minutes walk. All amenities are surrounding this property which include but not limited to - banks, atm's, local butchers, groceries, there is also a Lidl just around the corner, a frozen food shop just beneath the building, a christian catholic church literally on the same street and there is also some pubs and dining places which are very well priced and serve good food.
