The Epicentre of the best in St.Julians.A newly built 2 bedroom seafront apartment located in the best location of St Julian's. The apartment is fully air conditioned and newly furnished to high specifications. The apartment is located on St Julian's bay. The area is well serviced with restaurants, beach clubs, public transport and a shopping complex.Best area in Malta

You name it and its within walking Distance, I built and designed these apartments personally...fantastic location and spaces. Views that you can enjoy staying indoors all day/night long during summer and winter. no parties,no younger than 23 years of age,strictly no smoking ,couples more than welcome, no kids younger than 13 years please. i take care of these apartments like my home, once you see you will understand.

St. Julian's is one of the best places to stay in Malta. It’s right by the sea and has lots of beach clubs, sports activities, bars and restaurants for you to try. Malta is a small island. You can technically walk everywhere but it’s very easy to get around by bus, taxi, ferry or even bikes which you can rent on the promenade.
