My father Joseph Galea started renting apartments back in 1981 and so it has become a family tradition. This brand new spacious and sunny holiday apartment with terrace is located in a quiet street in Mellieha. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed & the other bedroom with twin beds), 1 kitchen / dining / living area and 1 bathroom with shower. Apartment is fully air conditioned. Besides the sunny terrace, the apartment also has a front balcony. The terrace is furnished with table & chairs. The apartment is fully equipped including washing machine. It also has free wifi & internet tv. Apartment is located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. Lovely and quite neighbourhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops & Malta’s best sandy beaches. water & electricity consumption is included in the price with the following limits...the following limits are usually enough for the stay: 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per wk 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per wk Any usage over and above these limits are payable extra according to consumption. on arrival it is payable tourist tax of euro 0.50 per person per night NOTE - water & electricity consumption is not included in the price for MONTHLY stays (28 nights +over)
