This newly built self-catering villa is located in an exclusive residential area of Flic en Flac,within ten minutes walk to all amenities and one of the longest white sandy beach in the island. The layout of the property include an open planned lounge, dining area,breakfast bar,kitchen,laundry facilities,bathrooms with showers,three bedrooms and a spacious roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea,mountains and sunset.Outdoor facilities include a swimming pool and outside shower. The property is fully furnished to a high standard.The lounge area has quality comfortable sofas,a coffee table and a widescreen smart television.The dining area has seating facilities for up to six people.The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils including a microwave,gas hob,electric oven and refrigerator.All the bedrooms have air conditioning.The master bedroom has en suite facilities and a balcony with the pool and mountain views .The other two bedrooms have wonderful sea views. A hair dryer,iron,ironing board,towels and beddings are provided. The maid service is provided three times per week or more often if required. A personal cook/chef can be organised at extra cost.

Flic en Flac is a seaside village, located in the Black RIver district, on the western coast of Mauritius.The white sandy public beach is one of the longest and nicest in the island.The lagoons are protected by surrounding coral reefs which make the beach safe for swimming and snorkelling. The western coast of the island is ideal for deep sea fishing and swimming with the dolphins which can be booked by tour companies located in Flic en Flac. It is a favourite location for tourists on holidays in Mauritius because all amenities are at close proximity with many cafes,restaurants, bars and nightclubs.The sceneries are spectacular with views of the mountains, the coast and the best location for sunset. .The cascavelle shopping centre is 2 kilometers away.It has a supermarket, food court, banks and many shops selling luxurious goods and gifts .Casela world of adventures is the nearest attraction which is ideal for family day out.Other famous places to visit in the western side of the island are the Tamarin falls, Chamarel coloured earth, the Black River Gorges National Park, Le Morne Brabant Peninsula and the Tamarin bay.The beach of Le Morne is famous for kite surfing.
